Refund policy
1. Legal Cancellation Rights (EU 14-Day Right)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, received the goods.

Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding any extra fees for premium shipping), within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your original transaction.
You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
2. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy (in addition to legal rights)
We offer a 30-day return period for all orders, giving you additional flexibility.
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as received
- in its original packaging
- including all accessories

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — such returns cannot be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately on arrival.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible.
In these cases:

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

- opened hygiene-sensitive items
- digital products

If approved:
